Rick FrankPractice Owner
Rick was born and raised in Rochester, PA. At 21 years old Rick moved to Phoenix and took a job with Marriott In-flite. While working there he worked his way up to management. After 11 years with Marriott he moved here to Prescott where he met his beautiful wife Dana Frank. They got married in 2002 and in 2003 they purchased Prescott Valley Pet Clinic. They share 3 precious little boys.
Jill R.Practice Manager
Jill has worked with animals in some way or another since she was 18. It is rare for people to love what they do and she is lucky enough to be able to say she truly loves her job and the people she works with. Originally from southern California, she moved to Arizona when she was 19. She has three pets, two dogs and a snake. In her free time she likes to do anything outdoors.
Leita W.Practice Manager
Leita grew up in San Diego and moved to the tri-city area in March 2008. She loves animals and people that is why she chose this field. She joined the PVPC team January 2013 and loves everyone she works with. When she is not at work she loves to do anything outdoors with her husband and her two kids; including hiking, camping, kayaking and any kind of traveling.
Tiffany S.Practice Manager
Tiffany was born and raised in Prescott. She joined the veterinary field in 2020 because she loves helping animals. She is currently attending Penn Foster to become a veterinary technician. When she isn't working she enjoys camping and spending time with her family (including her fur babies) and friends.
Tina H.Inventory and Safety Manager
Tina started in this field as a Veterinary Technician in 1994. Naturally, she chose this career because of her love of animals. She has a special way with both animals and people that makes the veterinary field the perfect career path for her. She joined our team at PVPC in January 2004, continuing as a Veterinary Technician until becoming our Inventory and Safety Manager in December 2014.
Outside of work, Tina enjoys any time she can spend with her grandson, Bowen, and her 2 dogs Junie and Macy. Road trips and eating out at little hole in the wall places is a favorite weekend activity of hers.
