Rick FrankPractice OwnerRick was born and raised in Rochester, PA. At 21 years old Rick moved to Phoenix and took a job with Marriott In-flite. While working there he worked his way up to management. After 11 years with Marriott he moved here to Prescott where he met his beautiful wife Dana Frank. They got married in 2002 and in 2003 they purchased Prescott Valley Pet Clinic. They share 3 sons together.

Christal P.Practice ManagerChristal is an Arizona native. She lived in Mesa for over 20 years and moved to the Prescott area in 2025. She has been happily married for 24 years to her husband Trapper and has one adult son who travels the country working for NASCAR. Christal has worked in veterinary medicine for over 15 years working in all departments-patient care, client service, and management. She had taken a break and reentered the field in 2020 and her passion for the field was reignited. She owns two German Shepherds-Jake and Hank. She is enjoying cooler temperatures, being outdoors, reading, and crafting.

Jill R.Patient Care ManagerJill has worked with animals in some way or another since she was 18. It is rare for people to love what they do and she is lucky enough to be able to say she truly loves her job and the people she works with. Originally from southern California, she moved to Arizona when she was 19. She has two cats and in her free time she likes to do anything outdoors.

Leita W.Client Care ManagerLeita grew up in San Diego and moved to the tri-city area in March 2008. She loves animals and people that is why she chose this field. She joined the PVPC team January 2013 and loves everyone she works with. When she is not at work she loves to do anything outdoors with her husband, her two kids and her Brittany Spaniel, Chief; including hiking, camping, kayaking and any kind of traveling.

Tina H.Inventory and Safety ManagerTina started in this field as a Veterinary Technician in 1994. Naturally, she chose this career because of her love of animals. She has a special way with both animals and people that makes the veterinary field the perfect career path for her. She joined our team at PVPC in January 2004, continuing as a Veterinary Technician until becoming our Inventory and Safety Manager in December 2014.Â
Outside of work, Tina enjoys any time she can spend with her grandson, Bowen, and her 2 dogs Macy and Otis. Road trips and eating out at little hole in the wall places is a favorite weekend activity of hers.Â
